Before You Book
Questions About Wrap Service?
Here's what to know about our fresh, handheld menu, setup, and event service.
Booking
How do I book you?
Booking is handled entirely online β but if you have questions about service, we're glad to chat by phone first. Please note that quotes are provided via email only and cannot be given over the phone.
How do I check if my date is available?
To check availability for your date, simply submit a form on our website. We operate multiple trucks with a variety of cuisines, so don't hesitate to reach out.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
All cancellation and reschedule policies can be found in our booking terms linked in the footer of our website. You'll also get a copy with your catering agreement when you book.
Can the serving time change after I book?
Serving times can sometimes be adjusted after booking, but not always. Once we've committed to your original time, we build other commitments around itβso if a proposed change would conflict with another party we've already committed to based on that original booking, we won't be able to accommodate the shift.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead, though rush bookings and week-of requests are typically available. In some cases, we may need to offer backup preferences if your first choice is already booked.
Can I check availability before I know every detail?
It's tough to confirm availability until we have your location and time locked in β without those details, it's basically like throwing darts at a wall.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are dictated by your catering agreement. They are also found in the booking terms in the footer of our website.
What information do you need to give me a quote?
To get you a quote, just share the date, time, address, and guest count β that's all we need to get started.
Pricing & terms
What happens to my price if the event changes?
We can revise your event details, but confirmed guest counts cannot be reduced. Any approved changes that affect pricing will be shown in a revised quote.
What affects the price of my event?
Price depends on a few key factors: your date, service time, guest count, and event address.
Is gratuity included or expected?
Gratuity is not included or added automatically. Tipping is optional, and any cash or card tip goes directly to the crew serving your event.
Are there any fees I should know about up front?
Your written quote shows all charges before you book, including any travel, taxes, or booking fees. We do not add fees after you accept the quote unless your event changes and you approve a revised price.
Is there a minimum spend?
Most events have a minimum based on the date, location, guest count, and service time. We will confirm your minimum in writing before you book.
Do you offer fixed per-person pricing?
Sometimes. Pricing may be per person, package-based, or subject to a minimum depending on the event. Your quote will clearly show how your price is structured.
What is included in the quote you send me?
Every quote covers food service for the guest count you've specified, along with the plates, utensils, and serving supplies that come with your selected service.
How is your pricing structured?
Every event is quoted individually based on the menu, guest count, service time, and location. Your accepted quote is your price unless you approve a later revision.
Are there travel fees, and how far will you travel?
Travel fees may apply based on where our serving team is coming from. If there is a travel charge, it will be listed on your quote before you book. Service range varies by date and location.
How do you work out travel costs?
Travel costs are calculated based on where our serving truck is departing from and the distance to your event location. We're set up to operate out of many major metro areas, and we're happy to travel beyond them when availability allows.
Food
Can the menu be adjusted for our event?
We can absolutely adjust the menu to fit your event. Our standard menus feature our most popular options and are designed to be approachable and work well for a crowd. That said, if you already have something specific in mind, just let us know and we'll put together a quote for that instead.
How is your food actually cooked?
Our food is prepared between our commissary and the truck, cooked in small batches β the same way we'd make it for our own family.
Do you have kid-friendly options?
We can absolutely put together kid-friendly options. For kids, we just need to know your preferences ahead of time β since kids can be picky, it's important to let us know what they like so we can make it happen. Every kid is different, so we're happy to work with you to make them happy.
What do you refuse to compromise on?
Quality and responsiveness β non-negotiable, always. Clear communication is what gives you the confidence that we understand exactly what you need and how to deliver it. And the food itself? That's what keeps your event running smoothly.
What do guests notice most about your food?
Guests pick up on the passion and love baked into every wrap. Our teams aren't in the kitchen just because they can cook β they're there because they genuinely want to.
What sides and drinks come with it?
Sides vary depending on which menu you choose, and we're happy to make adjustments where needed. As for drinks, we keep it easy with an assortment of soda and water, which varies by region.
What do you serve?
We cater parties everywhere across the region. Most of our events are private, but we're happy to work public events too β we do have required sales minimums for every party based on our inputs.
Dietary
How do you handle food allergies?
We are very sensitive to guest needs. We put the upmost care into accommodating, but we only know the dietary restrictions you tell us up front. If there are severe allergies or needs please let our team know up front.
Do you offer gluten-friendly options?
We absolutely do!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate for almost any situation as long as we know up front. Surprises on site don't usually go well for our team or your guests.
Do you offer a vegetarian option?
Yes β every menu includes a vegetarian option. You're welcome to customize your selections, but we highly recommend keeping one vegetarian option on the menu, since it's a very common dietary preference among guests.
Service & the day
How early do you arrive before service starts?
Our team plans to arrive 30-60 minutes before service begins. We build in this window because traffic can be unpredictable.
How do you communicate with hosts before and during the event?
Communication with hosts is something we keep clean and organized, just like our service. About 24β48 hours before your event, we email you the day-of contact for the truck team. You'll also get an automated email that prompts you ahead of the event to confirm there are no changes to your party, so everything's set on our end. Then, when our team arrives on-site, we call the host to let you know we've arrived and to get directed to parking.
How long does service take for a larger event?
Typically, we can serve 60-80 guests per hour. This depends on how streamlined your menu is and what your vision for the event looks like. For larger events, we recommend bringing in some of our other partner trucks to help speed up service.
What happens to leftover food?
We're happy to leave leftovers with the host, or we'll pack them up and take care of disposal ourselves β whatever works best for you. If you'd like to keep the extra food, just give us a heads-up 15 minutes prior to service so we can bundle everything neatly and still get to our next catering on time.
How does the serving line actually move?
Every event moves a little differently. The real bottleneck at the window is communicationβwalking guests through the menu and options. Our goal is always to get food out fast, but our speed depends on how quickly your guests can order. If your guests know the menu ahead of time, the line moves a lot faster!
What do you do when the line gets long?
When the line builds, we don't slow downβwe shift into batch mode. We start cooking 2-3 orders at a time and cook ahead to the back of the line, keeping a few of each option ready to go so every order can hit the window the moment it's placed. Even with a longer line, nothing sits or goes staleβeverything moves out within a minute or two, and we keep cooking to restock and keep the flow going.
What does setup look like on event day?
We typically roll in 30-60 minutes ahead of service, depending on traffic. Since most of our prep is already done before we arrive, we simply open the window on time and start serving. Once the scheduled time frame wraps upβor every guest has been fedβwe pack up the truck quietly and head out.
Do you provide plates, napkins, and utensils?
We provide all the cutlery and disposables needed so guests can enjoy their meal with ease. We don't provide extras for items we aren't bringing.
What happens at the end of service?
At the end of service, we thank the host, pack up the truck, and head out.
Site & logistics
What if my venue has tight or unusual access?
If your venue has tight or unusual access, we can work with it β we may just need to adjust where we park and set up for service. To help confirm everything fits ahead of time, we're happy to provide the truck's dimensions so you can check compatibility with your space. As a good rule of thumb, we recommend having 40ftx10ftx12ft tall available, with upwards of 50 ft to get a trailer in. Worst case scenario, we simply park where nothing gets damaged and set up a little farther away β either way, everyone gets fed!
What makes a site difficult to serve?
When venues step in and try to dictate food service, that's what makes a site tricky. They might have the space, but they don't have the kitchen or food service capability. We love what we do, and we want every event to be a success for everyone involved.
What do you need from us on the day?
On event day, we just need a clear, level space to park in. We'd also appreciate having someone available to answer the phone as we arrive, so we can find our way to the right spot to set up.
Can you serve indoors, or do you need to be outside?
We're happy to bring the food inside, though in most cases fire code requires ventilation to be inside or cooking to be done from electric. It's something we can work out with you if needed!
Who handles permits and venue approvals?
Those are handled by the host. We can provide licensing and proof of insurance, but we do not pull event permits or pay venue costs on behalf of a host.
Do you need power or water hookups?
We're fully self-sufficient once we're parked β no power or water hookups needed.
How much space do you need to set up?
We typically need 40ftx10ft of space for our trucks and 50ftx10ft for our trailersβthough once we're set up, the truck can detach from the trailer to shrink its footprint.
Can you serve at a school, park, venue, or private property?
We sure can! We're fully mobile and can bring the wrap experience directly to your school, park, venue, or private property.
Events
What kinds of events do you cater?
We cater events of all sizes and styles. If you need great food, we would love to help!
What kind of event are you the best fit for?
We're a great fit for just about any eventβwe don't get too stuck on the event type. Our focus stays on the food and the experience we create for hosts and guests alike.
What's the most memorable event you've done?
We've catered all kinds of events - weddings, country super-stars, professional athletes - but nothing quite compares to the moment your dream becomes real and you drive that truck out for its very first job. Those early experiences, right when you're just getting started, are the memories that stay with us forever.
Is there a minimum guest count?
We don't set a minimum guest count - just a minimum spend to book us.
What size events can you handle?
We can handle events of all sizes. For smaller gatherings, we'll send one truck; for larger events, we've scaled up to 17 trucks. It all comes down to your vision for the event.
The unexpected
What if you run out of food?
We prepare enough food to cover the guest count you give us up front, so please make sure that number is accurate β we won't bring extra past what we're told. As a mobile kitchen, we don't carry big fridges or freezers to hold surplus product should the guest count end up higher than anticipated. On the flip side, if your guest count is lower than anticipated, all the leftovers are yours.
What do hosts most often forget to ask?
Dietary restrictions. Accommodating your guests isn't hard if we know up front, but once the kitchen introduces gluten and half your guests are GF, it's hard to eliminate or decontaminate the gluten with 100% certainty.
What happens if you're delayed getting to the venue?
As a mobile catering team, this can happen if there's a bad accident blocking traffic. That said, situations like this are few and far between, and should it occur, we're happy to stay late to make sure everyone gets fed. Accidents aren't our fault or yours, but we're committed to making sure you get everything you paid for.
What happens if more guests show up than we told you?
There is a chance we run out of food. Its good practice to overestimate by 10-15% to make sure everyone gets fed.
What's your plan if the weather turns bad?
We show up rain, snow, wind, or shine. We can always pack things in to-go containers.
Proof & trust
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. All our teams hold a health license and insurance.
What makes you different from other caterers?
We would love to say our food is better - the truth is our fellow food truck friends serve great food too, we just believe ours is superior. What sets us apart is our communication. We answer the phone at all times, respond to emails at all hours, and text you back. No channel goes unanswered.
Can you provide insurance or vendor documentation?
We can provide that when requested. Please note on COI's our agents can take up to 7 days. We are unable to change our policies for events.
How long have you been doing this?
We got our start in 2016 with our first truck, and we've been growing and evolving ever since. Let us know how we can serve you!
Why should we book you?
As owner-operators, we know food truck service from every angle. We're not just caterers β we're your co-hosts. We'll always be upfront about our trucks' limitations and won't mislead you on what can't be done.
Where you serve
Why do you need the exact event address?
We're happy to put a quote together β we just need to know exactly where we're headed first. Mileage is one of our biggest cost drivers, so without a confirmed location, we can't calculate an accurate price for your event.
Can you serve nearby towns outside the main city?
Absolutelyβwe're fully mobile, so we can bring the wrap experience wherever your event is located!
Where do you serve?
We cater private parties everywhere, so wherever your event is, we're ready to bring the fresh, handheld menu with us. Reach out today β our team is set up to serve you.
